Sean O'Neal is an Administrative Bishop that gets it. He is a student practitioner of intercultural ministry, urban missions and church planting. His mind is busy most of the time. A few months ago, Sean asked Kevin Lloyd and me to do a webinar on leadership for several of his pastors. When I logged on to the webcast, I discovered that Sean had been called out of town and was on an airplane headed East. That was not going to stop him from attending this training session. He logged into the in-flight wifi and attended the session. I laughed because most of us would never do that, but Sean is always looking for ways to model and encourage leadership.
By the way, Sean has earned degrees from Lee University, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and Westminster Theological Seminary. He has served in ministry as an urban missionary, youth pastor, church planter, lead pastor, State Youth and Discipleship Director and State Evangelism Director.
